Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Of course. You can access your subscription at any time in your account. From there you can change plans and get a prorated discount or cancel at any point.

How do I manage my account?

To manage your account, simply click on "Account" located in the top right corner of the website. This will open the account menu where you can manage all aspects of your membership.

What can I do from the account menu?

From your account menu, you can:

View and manage your subscriptions.
Access and download payment receipts.
Update your personal information such as name, email address, and password.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information (name, email, password, etc.), navigate to the "Account" section within the menu.

Where can I find my subscription details?

Your subscription details, including current plan information and billing cycle, can be found under the "Subscriptions" section in your account menu.

Can I manage multiple subscriptions from one account?

Yes, if you have multiple subscriptions, you can manage them all conveniently from your account menu under the "Subscriptions" section.
